We are starting open track
conditioning in January:
*Monday at SFA field - 3:00pm
to 4:15pm
*Wednesday at Cordova HS Track - 3:45pm to 5:00pm
*Thursday at SFA field - 3:00pm to 4:15pm
We will be having a weight
training program for all athletes - both weight room conditioning and body
weight

day of Official Track & Field Practice is February 16th - at 3:00pm at SFA
